Following the success of Greek Meatballs, one of my first short movies, which appeared on YouTube in 2007, I developed a series of shorts that made instant celebrities of my parents. These films received combined hits of over a million online and attracted a half-page feature in The Times. The publicity generated so much speculation that at one point it was rumoured in the tabloids that Hollywood had contacted me with a view to acquiring the rights for Greek Meatballs: The Movie!

Well, whether Hollywood calls or not, I am eager to do exactly that – not in Hollywood but here in Hadley Wood – but I need financial backing to realise that dream.
